For more than
two years in the Distrilec Company, I had the chance to work in various
departments (purchase, recruitement, accounting, sales, etc.) which greatly
helped me develop my management skills. Among my tasks I have organized
promotional events aimed at tactical sales and improved the tracking of profits
achieved from those events.
I have also ensured the smooth supply of the head office and its five agencies
from purchase orders to the respect of delivery deadlines. And I have participated
in the set-up of the company’s balance sheet. In parallel, I have taken
ownership of some projects. For example, I have improved the procurement
procedures with the creation of a common database for more transparency and I
have updated the website of the company to improve sales, which has increased
the traffic of the website by 35%. Finally I have periodically taken full
responsibility of the purchase as well as delivery department, managing a small
team.

I have also
worked as a project management consultant at BearingPoint, an IT consulting
company, becoming familiar with tracking and monitoring tools with the
objective to cut costs and improve on project delivery. Thus I have worked for
international clients across a variety of industries. I’m flexible and know how
